I probably won't be making anymore Sonic Legacy installments. It's not that I don't want to, it's simply because I can't right now due to some personal reasons. I do, however, have the intention of continuing animation and/or making games at some in the future. Just not sure when that time will come. But I do have good news. Before my computer died on me, I was able to put out some of my progress on my remake of Sonic Legacy, and I've decided to share it with you guys. I'm currently in development of a new RPG game, and I wanted to inquire anyone who had an opinion about what style of gameplay it should feature. Here's a list of the different RPG game styles.

Normal Style
Example: BDX's Final Fantasy Sonic X 5 http://www.newgrounds.com/portal/view/

- Limit Breaks are usable once LB/SP Bar is 100% full
- Average amount of team battles
- All gameplay is entirely RPG battle style
- Attacks won't be very stimulating(very quick, fast attack animations)
- Probably up to 4 attacks
- Summoning will be usable
- Unlockable in-game "Achievements"
- Will be almost entirely text, with a few voice-actor clips

Dynamic-Normal Style
Example: BDX's Final Fantasy Sonic X 6: http://www.newgrounds.com/portal/view/

- Mostly 1-on-1 style battles
- Most of the gameplay will be RPG battles
- Animations are extremely detailed
- Probably up to 4 attacks
- Summoning will be usable
- Unlockable in-game "Achievements"
- Will be almost entirely text, with a few voice-actor clips

Kingdom Hearts: Birth by Sleep Style
Example: Watch some YouTube videos of KH: BBS and pretend its an RPG lol
- No Limit Breaks
- Almost entirely 1-on-1 style battles
- Most of the gameplay will be RPG battles
- Will feature 2D exploration
- Minigames are still being discussed
- Most animation is extremely detailed
- 1 very basic attack, accompanied by possibly up to 8 dynamic special attacks(Deck Commands)
- "Command Styles" will be accessible regularly
- "Shotlock" usage is still debatable
- Dimension Links/Summonings will be usable
- Will be balanced between voice-acting and text

Kingdom Hearts: 358/2 Style
Example: Watch some YouTube videos of KH: 358/2 Days and pretend its an RPG lol
- Limit Breaks are usable once HP is low enough
- Mostly team battles
- Gameplay will be balanced between RPG battles and 2D exploration
- Probably up to 4 attacks
- Unlockable in-game "Achievements"
- Will be almost entirely text, with a few voice-actor clips



...Well, you know that mini-project I was doin'? May as well forget it, since the FLA for it is gone. Do NOT ask me how. It is far too embarrassing. I just want you all to know somethin' very important about it...it was NOT my fault. Anyway, guess I'll just continue workin' on part 2 of my series.

While I was away, I learned a lotta stuff. ActionScript-wise and animation-wise. Right now I'm puttin' them together for a short project. A sort of "preview" of what's to come in future installments of my series, Sonic Legacy. I just started workin' on the mini-project, so I can't show you anythin' more than this screenshot.

Hello Newgrounds! Sorry about bein' inactive for so long, but my Interwebz wuz bwocken! D: Okay, but seriously, yeah, Internet was down for a little bit. But, it's back up(but for how long before Comcast tries to screw me off?) and I'm ready to continue workin' on the next installment of my series. Truthfully, I haven't worked on it in a while, simply because I haven't been able to make an HP bar that works the way I WANT it to, but that problem has just about been solved. Fortunately, the new HP bar code that I learned works, and also works as an MP bar, but Overdrive-wise, it don't work. So, once I fix that, I'll try to finish part two of my series. That's it for now, see ya!
